NOSH Best of 2025 Awards

Each year, the Nosh Best Of awards, presented by TruFru, honor the founders, brands, and ideas reshaping the future of packaged food – not just through growth, but through leadership, courage, creativity and a commitment to better business. These winners reflect where the industry is heading: toward higher standards, smarter innovation, and a deeper understanding of what today’s consumers truly value.

From bold category disruptors to cultural trendsetters, from operational excellence to purpose-driven change, this year’s honorees embody the spirit of progress that defines the modern food landscape. They challenge the status quo. They elevate expectations. And, most importantly, they create real, measurable impact – for consumers, for retailers, for farmers, for founders, and for the industry at large.

Out of hundreds of nominees, this year’s slate of awardees showcases the remarkable breadth of what “better” can look like: leaders who raise the bar on nutrition and sustainability, brands that build community through flavor and design, innovators who spark conversations far beyond the grocery aisle, and rising stars rewriting the playbooks of their categories.
