There’s no doubt olive oil producer Graza and A2 dairy-based Alec’s Ice Cream are collaboration experts. But together, they are somewhat of ice cream Einsteins.
The co-branded Pistachio Crunch flavor features pistachio butter ice cream, olive oil, candied pistachios and dark chocolate flakes. The result, which began rolling out to Whole Foods stores nationwide during the summer months, perfectly marked the start of ice cream season and maybe one of the most indulgent iterations of the Dubai Chocolate trend we’ve sampled so far – and one that seems to have permanent staying power.
