Lil Bucks

Sprouted buckwheat snack brand Lil Bucks unveiled what founder Emily Griffith called a “heavily refreshed brand look,” marking the first major makeover in the company’s eight-year history. The overhaul was created in collaboration with design studio Buddy-Buddy — the first time Lil Bucks has hired outside designers since its launch.

The firm described the new visual identity as bursting with optimism and energy, one that celebrates buckwheat itself, the growers and farmers behind it, and the brand’s deep commitment to exceptional sourcing and production.

What began as a brand refresh quickly expanded into a full redesign of Lil Bucks’ packaging portfolio, spanning more than two dozen items across multiple product lines. The revamped Clusterbucks and Crunchy Toppers lines rolled out nationwide at major retailers including Whole Foods, Target, Thrive Market, Hy-Vee, and others.
