Magic Chocolate Introduces Truffle Bars, Bringing a Beloved Swiss-Inspired Confection to the U.S. Market
Magic Chocolate—makers of the world's first Regenerative Organic Certified® chocolate bar—has launched Truffle Bars, a signature Swiss-inspired treat now available in the United States for the first time. Velvety and melt-in-your-mouth, Magic's Truffle Bars feature dark and oat milk chocolate and organic ingredients for a candy that is both decadent and environmentally conscious.
Created with the health of both people and the planet in mind, the Truffle Bars come in four flavors and feature bits of crunchy candied or roasted hazelnuts sourced from farmer cooperatives in Turkey that use organic and regenerative farming practices, or creamy organic raspberries.
The bars will be available on Magic Chocolate's e-commerce website beginning in February; in stores exclusively at Sprouts Farmers Market throughout April (and also available via Sprouts online); and, as of May 1, in key natural retailers nationwide. Made with organic ingredients and sweetened with cane sugar, Magic's Truffle Bars are available as individual 15 gram bars ($1.49) or in four packs of 22 gram bars ($8.99).
The Truffle Bars are produced by Magic's partner, the family-owned Switzerland-based chocolate company Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen AG. The bars were inspired by Maestrani's beloved Minor candy—a fudgy treat that combines crunchy hazelnuts and smooth organic chocolate—which, since its launch in 1936, has become a Swiss chocolate signature exemplary of the country's premium craftsmanship.
