  • Enforce accountability and quality standards

Performance & Reporting

  • Track samples, sales, and conversion metrics
  • Review recaps, photos, and compliance
  • Prepare monthly client reports
  • Identify underperforming locations and reps
  • Optimize programs for higher ROI

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

  • Have prior sampling program management experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Dependable and highly driven
  • Comfortable managing 50+ active reps
  • Calm under pressure and fast with problem-solving
  • Results-focused (not “just checking boxes”)
  • Strong communicator in writing and voice
  • Comfortable holding people accountable

You take ownership. You don’t need to be micromanaged.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years in field marketing, event marketing, retail activation, or multi-location operations
  • Experience managing remote teams or contractors
  • Experience running in-store demos, promotions, or brand activations (strongly preferred)
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills

Beverage, food, CPG, or alcohol industry experience is a plus.

  • Remote, but highly structured
  • Must be available during core business hours
  • Not compatible with multiple full-time roles or “side gigs”
