Position Overview
D&V International is seeking a Northeast-based Regional Sales Manager to lead the continued growth and development of our full portfolio across the region. Candidates located within the 5 burroughs (NY) are preferred; however, qualified candidates elsewhere in NY, NJ, or MA will also be considered. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and will play a key role in expanding distribution, strengthening distributor partnerships, and increasing brand presence throughout the Northeast.
The Regional Sales Manager will serve as the primary D&V contact within the region — responsible for driving results through strong distributor alignment, retail execution, and strategic account development. This is a field-focused position suited for a sales professional who takes ownership of their territory and is motivated by measurable growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable sales growth and distribution expansion across the Northeast
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor ownership, management, and sales teams
- Conduct ride-withs and in-market execution
- Lead sales meetings and portfolio presentations
- Support focus and accountability within distributor organizations
- Expand distribution footprint and improve execution across on- and off-premise accounts
- Identify and develop chain and key account opportunities
- Strengthen retail relationships through staff trainings, tastings, and programming initiatives
- Manage promotional resources and sampling budgets effectively
- Plan and execute market activations and brand events
- Provide consistent reporting, forecasting insight, and market feedback to D&V leadership
- Serve as the central point of contact for D&V business within the Northeast
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in beer, beverage alcohol, or related industry
- Proven ability to grow brands through distributor management and market development
- Experience with specialty, craft, or imported portfolios strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Norhteast US market dynamics
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with iDig, Karma, VIP, or related reporting systems preferred
