Healthy Snack Products Offer Consumers New Options
After acquiring Mediterranean Snacks, Saffron Road relaunched the line of of pulse baed chips and “bean stalks” under their own brand. Pulse (legume) based products were a hot trend at Expo West that was evident from snacks to grocery items and on to beverages. The Saffron Road bean stalks pack a protein punch with the addition of cannellini beans, pinto beans and peas.
