NO DAYS OFF is a Miami-based premium water brand built on a 15+ year lifestyle philosophy: never take a day off on you. Our product is ultra-purified reverse osmosis alkaline water with 5 to 10x the electrolytes of leading brands, delivered in infinitely recyclable BPA-free aluminum cans. Every can supports canine organizations including Pets for Vets and local rescues.

We are rapidly expanding across the Southeast through major distributor partnerships including Gold Coast Beverage (Reyes Holdings), Team Cone, AlaBev, General Wholesale, Blue Ridge Beverage, Premium Distributors, and Long Beverage. We have grown from 2 to 20+ distributors covering 100,000+ accounts across 10 states in under two years.

Our brand occupies the strategic white space in premium water: premium with meaning, without requiring consumers to adopt an ironic or extreme aesthetic. We fit everywhere from the gym to the boardroom.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Sales & Market Development Representative based in Nashville to grow and scale our established presence in the market. Unlike many of our expansion territories, Nashville offers a significant running start: an established business, the presence of a growing multi-million dollar Legacy gym as a partner and home base, and active partnerships across the music, sports, hospitality, bar, and fitness industries.

Nashville is one of the fastest-growing metros in the country and one of the premier hospitality markets in the Southeast. The city’s booming on-premise scene, including Broadway, the Gulch, East Nashville, Midtown, 12South, and Germantown, is packed with premium accounts that align perfectly with our brand. With a strong foundation already in place, this role is focused on accelerating growth: landing impact accounts with leadership, nurturing key relationships, organizing events with our teams, and driving volume through our distributor network. The transactions here are more heavily skewed toward business-to-business with our core focus in on-premise.

What You’ll Do

•       Grow the existing Nashville business by deepening relationships with current accounts and aggressively opening new on-premise placements across bars, restaurants, hotels, lounges, clubs, and gyms

•       Work directly with leadership to identify, pursue, and close impact accounts including multi-unit operators, venue groups, and high-profile hospitality brands

•       Nurture and expand partnerships in the music, sports, hospitality, bar, and fitness industries that give NDO its unique Nashville footprint

•       Organize and execute brand activations, sampling events, and partnership events with our teams and local partners

•       Build and maintain relationships with distributor sales teams, including ride-alongs, joint calls, route driver education, and weekly status updates

•       Conduct regular account visits with structured pre-visit preparation and post-visit documentation, with a focus on on-premise account quality and velocity

•       Leverage AI tools for real-time follow-up emails, account tracking, deal progression analysis, and daily reporting to leadership

•       Coordinate with our Legacy gym partner as a home base for brand presence, events, and community engagement

•       Provide weekly market intelligence reports including competitor activity, pricing trends, and account feedback

•       Coordinate with marketing team on local content creation, social media activations, and influencer partnerships

•       Recruit, train, and manage part-time sales interns as the Nashville team scales

Who You Are

•       3+ years in beverage sales, CPG, or hospitality with a proven track record of growing territory revenue and opening new accounts

•       Background in the restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry is strongly preferred

•       Deep understanding of on-premise selling and business-to-business beverage transactions, including how beverage decisions get made and how to position premium products

•       Experience with distributor-based selling (DSD), including how to work with route drivers, chain buyers, and distributor management

•       Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, manages your own calendar, and produces results without oversight

•       Strong relationship builder who can work a room at a Nashville event and present to a corporate beverage director with equal confidence

•       Comfortable using technology to maximize efficiency, including AI tools, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and mobile-first workflows

•       Existing relationships in the Nashville hospitality, music, sports, fitness, or beverage industry are a significant plus

•       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as this is a field-first role

Compensation & Growth

This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission on new account revenue and volume growth. Performance bonuses are tied to account acquisition and velocity targets. As NDO continues its rapid expansion, this role has a clear path to Regional Sales Director overseeing multiple states and managing a team of reps and interns.
