The Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Market Development Representative to support the growth of our brand in the San Diego market.

This is a field-based role focused on both account development and brand execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Opening and developing on-premise and off-premise accounts
• Driving sell-through and account engagement
• Building relationships with buyers, bartenders, and beverage teams
• Supporting tastings, staff trainings, and in-market activations
• Identifying key opportunities within the territory
• Representing the brand consistently in the market

Qualifications

• Experience in spirits, wine, or beverage sales
• Familiarity with the San Diego hospitality market
• Ability to develop accounts and maintain strong relationships
• Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
