Ciranda Hires New Sales VP and Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

HUDSON, Wis.— Ciranda is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members who will further strengthen Ciranda’s sales and FSQA teams: Carol Willenbring, Vice President of Sales, and Jessica Belz, Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager.

Willenbring joined Ciranda, the premier North American provider of certified organic, non-GMO and Fair Trade food ingredients, on Aug. 28 and brings to the company decades of experience in the food and beverage industry including sales and marketing strategy and execution at both Fortune 500 and global companies.

“Carol is a seasoned leader in the food and beverage industry who will bring fresh ideas, deep experience and inspired leadership to our sales team,” said Doug Audette, chief executive officer for Ciranda. “She’s passionate about developing team members and mentoring cross functionally and will be a strong cultural fit for our 100-percent employee-owned company. Willenbring most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Symrise AG – Food & Beverage North America. There, she was responsible for leading strategy and execution of the Symrise Food & Beverage North America flavor and ingredient business. Prior to that, she worked in a number of leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DairiConcepts, a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America.

Also joining the Ciranda team as Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager is Jessica Belz. In this role, Belz will be responsible for all FSQA programs and procedures to ensure Ciranda continues to deliver consistent, high-quality certified ingredients. Her past experience includes FSQA leadership roles at PURIS and Fiberstar.
