Inés Rosales Joins Specialty Food Association Board of Directors in the U.S.
Lucía Conejo-Mir, representative of INES ROSALES USA, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Specialty Food Association (SFA) for a three-year term. This appointment highlights the Seville-based company’s established track record in the U.S. market, making Inés Rosales the only Spanish company currently represented on the association’s board.
The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is a leading organization supporting the agri-food industry, specifically the gourmet sector, in the United States. The association promotes marketing, commercial reach, and strategic relationships for its members by providing dedicated communication channels, industry networking, and specialized market reports. The SFA fosters partnerships in a market sector currently valued at $207 billion.
In addition to its member resources, the SFA organizes premier trade events, including the Summer Fancy Food Show and the Winter Fancy Food Show, where Inés Rosales is a regular participant. Currently, more than 4,200 manufacturers, distributors, importers, and retailers within the food sector belong to this nonprofit association.
Inés Rosales currently operates in more than 30 countries. The U.S. market is the company’s second-largest by sales volume, accounting for 14% of total sales, following only its domestic market in Spain. The company remains committed to further growth in North America, where European culinary traditions and high-quality product innovation—hallmarks of the Inés Rosales brand—continue to see increasing demand.
