Marketing: David and Fields Good’s Ice Cream Collab; Mondelēz Sponsors the Chiefs

David and Fields Good’s Ice Cream Collab
David Protein is keeping cool this summer with a one-day-only, co-branded protein ice cream cookie offering made in collaboration with Fields Good.
The functional desserts, which contain around 20 grams of protein per serving, will only be available for a single day on August 22 at David’s New York City pop-up scoop shop, located in the West Village in Manhattan.
Menu items for the event will include “My Butter Half,” made with a peanut butter Fields Good cookie split in two around a scoop of David’s frozen dessert, as well as “Smart Cookie Crumble,” a sundae-style scoop with Fields Good’s Focus Cookie (made with creatine and Cognizin) crumbled on top.
The first 100 customers will receive their desserts free of charge.
David introduced its protein frozen dessert in pints in June with four flavors; the initial batch reportedly sold out in 28 minutes. The line remains sold out on the brand’s website, but is available at the brick-and-mortar location in New York and is heading to retail with Target stores nationwide.
The brand’s pints are positioned as an indulgent frozen dessert packed with 30 grams of protein, 210 to 260 calories and 2 grams of sugar or less per serving.
