Located at Booth #5613 (Hall E), the company will share its approach to bringing heritage-rich flavors to a new generation of mainstream consumers nationwide.

- The 4oz Aluminum Can Launch: 505 Southwestern, long beloved in the Southwest for its flame-roasted Hatch green chiles, is introducing a 4oz aluminum can format designed to bring the brand to a national audience. Currently sold in glass jars, the smaller can format removes one of the biggest barriers to trial: intimidation. A consumer who has never cooked with green chile may hesitate at a 16oz jar, but a single-serve, grab-and-go can is an easy, low-commitment entry point. This is about meeting new consumers where they are and making a regional icon approachable everywhere.
- Next-Gen Flavor Profiles: First-access tastings of Insignia's latest line extensions, including Chipotle Peach and Smoky Rojas salsas. These launches capitalize on the surging consumer demand for "sweet-heat" and "charred" profiles within the salsa sector.
