It's a better-for-you take on the beloved Japanese stir-fry noodles (yakisoba). Available in three flavors — Original, Sesame, and Soy Ginger — the lineup delivers 12g of fiber and 12g of protein per serving with the brand's signature fresh-noodle texture and clean ingredients without preservatives, slated for availability by Q3 2026.
