The Forager Project has expanded its portfolio beyond juices and nut milks to include snacks. The company’s new organic vegetable chips combine fresh pressed vegetable pulp left over from juice production with ancient, sprouted grains. The chips not only help reduce food waste, but also, for those with dietary issues, the chips are gluten and corn free as well.
