Expo West Photo Gallery: Meals Made Easy

Launching at Expo West was Chef Soraya’s new “eat-a-bowls” which all feature a base of beans and rice. With the addition of hot water, the meals rehydrate in under seven minutes. While bright colors made the packaging stand out, the larger cup size also grabbed attention as it felt more like a bowl (and an actual meal) then a small cup and side dish.
