Nona Lim has had a fresh, refrigerated soup line distributed nationally for several years. Although line took the time and effort out of slow-simmered dishes such as French onion soup and asian-inspired broths, it was less convenient for on-the-go consumers. At Expo, Lim herself highlighted the soon-to-launch soup cups, which will simply require microwaving and have an easy lid for drinking while multitasking.
