The former shareholders of MASTER CHEWING GUM AND CANDIES CO SAL ("the Company") announce the successful completion of the sale of the business to an undisclosed buyer for an undisclosed amount. This transaction represents the full transfer of ownership, control, and responsibility of the Company to the new owner, marking the conclusion of the former shareholders’ involvement in the business.

As part of the transaction, selected assets, including the registered trademarks Cheque and PIX, were transferred, along with certain operational components of the Company to ensure continuity under the new ownership structure. These elements form part of the core business and were included in the transaction to allow for a seamless transition and ongoing operations.

Following the completion of this transaction, the Ghandour and El Shaar families confirm that they are no longer involved in the ownership, management, or operations of the Company or any of its activities, whether directly or indirectly. They have fully exited the business and do not retain any role or participation in its current or future direction.

As the business transitions to new ownership, the families wish to clearly clarify that they are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, any current or future activities conducted under the Company's name, its associated brands, or any related commercial operations. This statement is issued to ensure clarity and to avoid any potential misunderstanding or confusion in the market regarding ongoing involvement or association.

The Ghandour and El Shaar families remain focused on their independent ventures and future brand development initiatives, and continue to pursue new opportunities across their respective areas of interest.
