Watch: Patagonia Provisions and Moonshot Snacks Leaders Weigh In On Recent Acquisition

A day ahead of Expo West, news broke that Patagonia Provisions had acquired climate-friendly snack brand Moonshot Snacks, the CPG brand of carbon management platform Planet FWD. A week prior, Planet FWD had announced a new partnership to join forces with Climate Neutral, a carbon credits certification program.

During the show, NOSH reporter Adrianne DeLuca sat down with Julia Collins, Planet FWD founder and CEO, to discuss motivations around the deal and her role in both businesses moving forward. She is later joined by Paul Lightfoot, general manager of Patagonia Provisions, to hear his vision for the cracker brand’s continued growth and company strategy for the years ahead. The regenerative wheat-based cracker company also debuted a new Cheddar flavored cracker, adding it to its 3-SKU lineup.
