Quest Nutrition launched new Quest Snack Bars in Peanut Chocolate Crunch, Sea Salt Caramel Almond, Chocolate Mixed Nuts and Cranberry Trail Mix flavors. The sweet and salty bars are available at retailers such as Target, GNC and Vitamin Shoppe.
Pickle brand Grillo’s partnered with Nickelodeon for a nostalgic collaboration, launching a label featuring characters from the cartoon “Rugrats.” The collaboration is a nod to the TV show’s main character, Tommy Pickles, and will be available on all 32 oz. Classic Dill jars nationwide for a limited time.
Greenjoy released a new line of Algae Oil Dressings in Turmeric Maple, Orange Poppy Seed and Savory Pumpkin Seed flavors, launching in Whole Foods and Wegmans this spring.
CBD brand Sunday Scaries launched Cabin Scaries, a limited edition of the brand’s vitamins infused with broad-spectrum CBD, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 designed to help promote social distancing during COVID-19. Bottles of 20 gummies, each infused with 10 mg of CBD, are available on the brand’s website.
After closing a financing round last year to support a launch into grocery, New York City-based bakery Milk Bar debuted a new line of cookies at Whole Foods. Milk Bar rolled out three flavors -- Confetti, Compost and Cornflake, Chocolate Chip and Marshmallow -- sold in 8-pack boxes for $5.
Hot sauce maker Truff launched Truff Minis, miniature 1.5 oz. versions of its black truffle-infused hot sauce. Truff Minis are available on the company’s website in a 4-pack for $24.99 and will later roll out to select retail locations.
Frozen dessert brand Yasso rolled out Dipped Greek Yogurt Bars in four flavors – Mint Chocolate Crunch, Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch, Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Crunch and Vanilla Chocolate Crunch. The Greek yogurt bars are dipped in a chocolate coating and crisped quinoa, and contain 140 to 160 calories and 4 grams of protein.
The latest launch from Premier Protein is Crunchy Nut Bars, with each bar containing 12 grams of protein from seeds and nut butter. The new bars come in Chocolate Peanut Butter, Salted Caramel Cashew and Vanilla Almond Coconut flavors, and are sold in 7-bar multipack cartons, 10-bar cartons and singles.
Chocolate brand Goodio launched its line of Nordic Flavors at Whole Foods this month. The line’s four nature-inspired flavors -- Berry, Flower, Forest, and Sea -- are vegan, organic and gluten-free, with a cacao content of 69% to 71%, depending on the SKU.
The latest flavor from dairy-free ice cream maker Coconut Bliss is Golden Banana Brownie Swirl, made with bananas, chocolate and a hint of turmeric, and now available at retailers across the U.S. and Canada.
Renewal Mill launched a gluten-free and vegan Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix, formulated with upcycled vanilla bean, upcycled pea starch and okara. The “just add water and oil” mix is available online for $6.99 per bag.
The Besst Crackers
The Besst Crackers rolled out two flavors of high fiber crackers, Original and Everything Bagel, available on the brand’s website and Amazon for $24.99 per box containing five packs of 12 crackers each.
So Delicious launched Pairings Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternatives, offering a duo of coconut-based yogurt and coordinated toppings. Available in four flavors -- Coco Almond Crunch, Spiced Blueberry, Salted Caramel Cluster and Key Lime Pie -- So Delicious Pairings are now available at retailers nationwide for a suggested price of $2.29 per 5.3 oz. cup.
Cocavo announced the launch of Cocavo Pure, containing 100% Pure Coconut Oil and Extra Virgin Avocado Oil. The better-for-you cooking oil will launch in Walmart stores across the U.S. in September.
Egg white crisp maker Quevos rolled out a new flavor, Dill Pickle, available exclusively on Amazon. The new flavor is available in 12-packs of 1.1 oz. bags for $29.99.
Follow Your Heart
Plant-based brand Follow Your Heart extended its Vegenaise line with the launch of Avocado Oil Vegenaise, free of allergens, egg, dairy, soy, preservatives and gluten. It’s now available in the refrigerated section at Meijer and will soon launch in Sprouts, participating Vons in Southern California and select Whole Foods Market regions for $6.99 per 16 oz. container.
Keto-friendly brand HighKey launched a new Protein Cereal line containing 90 calories, less than 1 gram of sugar, 0 grams of net carbs and 10 grams of protein per serving. Available in Cinnamon, Frosted and Cocoa flavors, HighKey Protein Cereal is sold on the brand’s website and Amazon for $41.97 per variety pack and $11.79 for a single flavor.
Nature’s Path launched limited edition Regenerative Organic Oats, with oats grown in organic soil, free-from applications of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The climate-friendly instant oatmeal is available in 12-packs, 6-packs or single 14 oz. boxes on the brand’s website.
North Carolina’s Plantnrgy launched plant-based Protein and Superfood Mixes that can be added to smoothies, breakfast or desserts. The mixes are available in Chocolate, Vanilla and Original flavors on the brand’s website in 16 oz. bags.
Wellness brand Kosterina launched Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dark Chocolate bars, made with 70% cacao organic dark chocolate, blended with Kosterina Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil and organic cacao butter and organic coconut sugar. The chocolate bars are available in three flavors: Fig & Balsamic, Almond Butter & Vanilla and Nuts, Cinnamon & Honey.
