But rather then requiring hours of cooking and trips to hunt down rare ingredients, Stacey and Mom simplifies the process with its frozen meal line. Using the recipes her mom has cooked for years, founder Stacey Rhee “modernizes traditions” with authentic Korean dishes. The line is also unique in that every ingredient is cooked separately and then quickly frozen in order to maintain distinct textures.
