Expo West Photo Gallery: Meals Made Easy

Crafted by four busy moms who wanted an easy way to get a healthy dinner on the table, Modern Table brings old-fashioned, noodle-based meal kits into the 21st century. Because the pasta is pulse (aka legume) based, the kits (which include sauce) are ready to cook and serve, but also allow consumers to customize with the addition of extra veggies or protein. Due to consumer demand, at Expo West the team also released bags of just the pasta for cooks who want to entirely craft their own recipes.
