Heraclea Unveils New Line of Infused Olive Oils Inspired by Traditional Turkish Cuisine
NEW YORK – Heraclea, the Turkish olive oil company known for its rich flavor and premium quality is introducing a new product line of infused extra virgin olive oils available in Chili, Lemon, Rosemary, and Garlic varieties. Harvested by following environmentally conscious principles, the tinned collection brings the authentic taste of the Aegean to American tables.
“Our new infused olive oils effortlessly enhance and transform everyday recipes into a dish to be celebrated and savored,” said Berk Bahceci, Founder of Heraclea. “Each tin shares an enchanting glimpse into my family’s heritage, from the illustrations of the family grove on the outside of the tin to the traditional aromas and tastes from Turkish cuisine on the inside.”
Heraclea’s infused collection combines extra virgin olive oils made from early harvest, cold-pressed Memecik olives with the following flavors:
- Chili: A nod to the rich spices used in Turkish recipes for centuries
- Garlic: Widely incorporated into sauces, dips, and other time-tested staples
- Rosemary: Inspired by the fragrant herbs generously added to popular dishes
- Lemon: A zesty and refreshing Turkish favorite often used for baking
The olive oils have a Protected Designation of Origin certification, a designation that ensures the integrity of the product and production process. Heraclea’s farmers ensure minimal interference with nature by avoiding agro-chemicals and artificial irrigation, as well as stabilizers, chemicals, or additives of any kind. The company is also a member of 1% for the Planet and Non-GMO Project Verified.
The Heraclea Infused Collection will be available for $12.99 per 175 ml tin or $57 for a variety four-pack on heraclea.co on March 5 and on Amazon later in March.
