TUSOL Wellness Partners with Christopher Kostow, Martina Kostow to Launch Organic Protein Bars
MALIBU & NAPA, Calif.— TUSOL Wellness, a breakthrough sustainable, research-backed nutrition company has partnered with Chef Christopher Kostow and Martina Kostow to launch the first collection of organic superfood bars formulated by a Michelin 3-Star Chef.
The innovative collaboration invites consumers to experience the fine dining elements of Chef Kostow’s cuisine in tandem with the health benefits of TUSOL’s research-backed ingredients – all in the comfort of their own homes.
The debut collection includes 3 functional flavors – Cacao + Goji Berry bars for energy, Maqui Berry + Vanilla bars for immunity, and Banana + Lucuma bars for focus. The bars are certified organic, sustainably sourced, gluten-free and dairy-free, all in line with TUSOL’s existing products.
TUSOL Wellness was founded in 2019 by Ilana Friedman with a commitment to design the cleanest research-backed wellness products that significantly improve the health of people and the planet. Christopher Kostow, the critically acclaimed chef of The Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa Valley is the third-youngest chef to ever receive the coveted Michelin three-star accolade. His wife and business partner Martina is an award-winning marketing communications professional and has provided strategic counsel for clients primarily in the consumer products, and food and beverage industry.
The Kostow’s have been avid supporters of TUSOL as consumers and advisors since the brand’s inception. The onset of COVID-19 rapidly accelerated the Kostow’s interest in the health and wellness industry, and partnering with TUSOL to develop world-class nutrition products became an inherent next step.
