Once Again Relaunches Cashew and Almond Butters in 12oz Jars

NUNDA, N.Y.— Once Again Nut Butter is bringing back 12oz recyclable glass jars for its organic cashew butter and natural and organic almond butters. Now available for retailers nationwide to order, the smaller size, which joins the company’s 16oz jars, is designed to alleviate price pressure for consumers and encourage easier trial.

Slightly sweet and with a mild, nutty flavor, Once Again’s organic cashew butter delivers 5g of plant-protein per serving and features just two simple ingredients – organic, dry-roasted cashews milled creamy and a touch of organic sunflower oil to enhance spreadability. The almond butter lineup, which comes in natural creamy and organic creamy and crunchy varieties, is made with almonds (that’s it!) and packed with rich, roasted flavor, plus 7-8g of protein per serving. Processed in a peanut-free facility, the clean-ingredient products are free of added sugar and salt, Non-GMO Project Verified, certified gluten-free, Kosher, vegan, and part of the brand’s Honest in Trade program. To maintain a smaller environmental footprint, the containers are made from partially recycled glass and earth-friendly materials that meet the highest standards in the U.S. for post-consumer recycled content as set by California, Florida and Oregon.

“With inflation and price sensitivity at all-time high, we’re happy to be able to offer our smaller jars again for consumers to choose,” said Gael Orr, Director of Marketing. “Carrying the same, high-quality, ethically sourced nut butters as our larger offerings and featuring the same sustainable glass material, the only difference here is the size.”

Once Again’s 12oz organic cashew butter is sold for an SRP of $10.86, while the natural and organic 12oz almond butters are sold for an SRP of $10.32 and $17.70, respectively.
