Harissa Hot Honey is locally-sourced wildflower honey that is infused with the fiery spices of harissa. Inspired by our Tunisian and Dominican roots, my wife/co-founder and I created the only hot honey on the market with flavor, thanks to the rich notes of garlic, coriander, and caraway, setting a new standard for sweet heat. This versatile condiment is drizzled on everything from crispy chicken, charcuterie, roasted veggies, salmon, wings, and pizza, or enjoyed in teas, stews, and cocktails/mocktails. Harissa Hot Honey is meticulously crafted in small batches, chef-approved, and proudly contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
