“As a self-taught baker, it's my mission to provide a home-baked taste, using only ingredients that folks can pronounce and find in their own pantry,” said Palmer. “When you bite into one of our baked goods, we want the first mouthful to evoke a memory, or create a new one in the moment.”
The brand uses high-quality ingredients, mostly organic, fair trade, and non-GMO, and the recipes never include artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. All of the products available online, including their hot chocolate mix and DIY Cookie Kits, are kosher certified.
