Wisconsin-based cheesemaker Sartori has expanded its BellaVitano lineup with a Hatch Chile flavor. The new offering pairs BellaVitano’s “signature creamy texture and parmesan-like notes” with “the earthy warmth and subtle smokiness” of Hatch chiles, according to the brand. In a LinkedIn post, Gustin said he set out to “make a real food protein bar that you could make at home with pantry staples and that tastes amazing.” Available in two flavors – Chocolate and Mixed Berry – each bar features 20 grams of grass-fed whey and collagen (20 grams of protein), grass-fed tallow, raw organic honey and organic coconut nectar.
