Cinnamon Cashew Crunch and Coffee Cashew Crunch bars are crafted with cashew butter and quinoa crisps. Nation Protein+ bars will be available direct-to-consumer in mid-March.

Tate’s Bake Shop

Tate’s Bake Shop is introducing Soft-Baked Cookies, in Chocolate Chip and Dark Chocolate Chunk varieties, plus a gluten-free take on its bite-size chocolate cookies. Formulated with rice flour, Tiny Tate’s Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are nut-free and baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility. The snackable item is packaged in a resealable bag.

Honey Mama’s

Refrigerated truffle bar brand Honey Mama’s is adding its first functional offering. Honey Mama’s Protein Crunch Bar provides 8 grams of protein per serving and is available in Peanut Butter Brownie, Peanut Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Cookie flavors. Gluten- and dairy-free, the products are crafted with “real, whole foods” and plant protein – no “chalky powders” or “ingredients you can’t pronounce,” according to the company.

YouTube star Brent Rivera is unveiling a new snack line backed by Redbud Brands. LEVELS chips feature a corn and potato base cooked in avocado oil, offering a unique crunch and texture described as a four-dimensional snacking experience. Chocolove

Chocolove is launching three new nut and sea salt bar flavors: Milk Chocolate with Pistachios & Sea Salt, Milk Chocolate with Pecans, Cookies & Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate with Walnuts & Sea Salt. The chocolate bars tap into growing demand for pistachios and pecans and combine sweet, salty and savory tastes, according to the company.

Rustic Bakery

Specialty cracker maker Rustic Bakery is charting its expansion into the cookie aisle with a new premium product line positioned for everyday indulgence. Described as “distinctly different” than its shortbreads, the brand’s new cookies are available in Chocolate Cacao Nib, Meyer Lemon, Ginger Snap and Chocolate Chip flavors and crafted with wheat flour, butter, cream, eggs and premium ingredients such as Madagascar vanilla and molasses.

ALOHA

Plant-based nutrition brand ALOHA is debuting the third offering in its Hawai’i Special Edition protein bar series, celebrating regenerative agriculture and showcasing locally grown ingredients. Joining the Kona bar and the Pa’akai bar, the new Taro bar is crafted with the Lehua variety of the root vegetable, plus macadamia nuts and Ponova, a sustainable, plant-based oil derived from pongamia trees on O’ahu’s North Shore.

Whoa Dough

Whoa Dough is adding Brownie Batter to its line of allergen-friendly, ready-to-bake cookie dough. One serving contains 90 calories and 8 grams of sugar. The product may be consumed raw or baked.

Available in Strawberry, Mango and Blueberry, the gluten- and dairy-free bars contain no added sugar and feature a jam filling made with organic fruits and vegetables. “This is a major milestone for YUMI, as we evolve to meet the needs of growing kids and the whole family,” says Angela Sutherland, co-CEO and co-founder.
