In this week’s notable new products roundup, Siggi’s and KIND get a head start on the fall season with pumpkin-inspired offerings, Rivalz introduces a single-serve format, and Siete debuts a line of salsas.

RIND x Mellody

Vegan cheesemaker RIND has teamed up with plant-based honey brand Mellody to launch Beese. The new product combines RIND’s classic spread with Mellody’s vegan honey and is topped with a sprinkling of wildflowers. Beese is currently available in foodservice and at independent retailers for a SRP of $6.99 to $8.99.

BetterBrand

BetterBrand has expanded its lineup of low-carb baked goods with the addition of The Better Hawaiian Roll. The new iteration of the classic sweet roll contains the net-carb equivalent of one grape and boasts 8 grams of plant-based protein. The new product joins the rest of the brand’s low-carb lineup, including The Better Bagel and The Better Bun. The Better Bun is available via the brand’s website and Thrive Market for $24.65 per 24-pack.

Rivalz

Snack scene newcomer Rivalz has released a new 1 oz. single-serve pack size for its salty stuffed snacks in Late Night Pizza, Extra Chedda’ Mac and Spicy Street Taco flavors. The “dual-textured” offering, made with pea protein, packs 8 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per serving. Rivalz single-serve packs are now available online for $19.99 per 15-pack.

KIND

Although the first day of fall is still over a month away, KIND Snacks is already gearing up for the season with the launch of Chocolate Pumpkin Spice and Caramel Apple Cinnamon KIND THINS flavors. The LTOs are now available on Amazon and at retailers nationwide for a SRP of $7.99 to $8.99 per 10-bar box.

Siete

Mexican-American food brand Siete is paying homage to its roots through the launch of two new product lines: Taqueria-Style Salsas and Casera-Style Salsas. The former, available in Salsa Soleada and Salsa Cremosa varieties, is designed to top tacos, burrito bowls and tostadas. The latter, offered in Mild Salsa Roja and Spicy Salsa Roja varieties, are designed to top everything from tacos to nachos to avocado toast. All four flavors are available at Whole Foods and on the brand’s website for $30 per 4-pack of 10.5 oz. jars.

Koi

Koi has unveiled its newest innovation, MusciMind, which it claims to be the first muscimol mushroom gummy to “bridge the gap between the functional fungus and psychedelic mushroom experience.” Each gummy contains a blend of adaptogenic mushrooms including Lion’s Mane and Rhodiola and Vitamins B12 and D3. The star ingredient, muscimol, is a naturally occurring compound found in mushrooms to induce a “state of plant-derived bliss without the full trip,” according to the brand. Offered in Peach Razz, Grape Lemonade and Strawberry Cotton Candy flavors, MusciMind gummies are available on the brand’s website for $36.99 per pack of 10 gummies.

Siggi’s

Siggi’s is also celebrating fall early with the return of its Pumpkin & Spice Sky. The seasonal offering will be available in Mid-August at retailers nationwide including Hannaford, Stop & Shop, Market Basket, Harris Teeter, Big Y and Giant Eagle for a SRP of $1.79 per cup.

Bitchin’ Sauce

It’s Bitchin’ (Sauce)! The California-based company has added yet another limited-run item to Sprouts Farmers Market shelves with its new Hatch Green Chile flavor. Each batch of the new sauce is blended with fire-roasted green chili peppers, pepita seeds and jalapeño. Hatch Bitchin’ Sauce is slated to debut in nearly 400 Sprouts stores beginning this month and will remain in rotation through the end of September.

Sabra has announced the launch of three new hummus flavors: Sabra Buffalo Hummus made with Frank’s Red Hot, Sabra BBQ Hummus inspired by Stubb’s and Sabra Southwest Hummus. The launch is the first in a series of “bold-flavor innovations […] aimed at satisfying any and every snack craving,” the brand said in a press release. All three flavors are now available for purchase in-store and online.
