Meatless Farm Co will enter the breakfast category with the launch of new meat free breakfast sausage links and patties, which are free of soy and gluten and contain fiber and protein. Launching at Whole Foods in April, the links have a suggested retail price of $6.99 for 12, while four patties will retail for $5.99.

Wildbrine

WildBrine’s cashew-based Neo Classic Brie Alternative will be launching nationwide in April 2020. This month, the brand opened WildCREAMERY, a vegan cheese factory in California, which will produce the brie along with six new items including plant-based dips and cream cheese.

The latest launch from Once Upon a Farm is dairy-free yogurts, containing 5 grams of protein from pumpkin seeds per 3.2 oz. pouch. Hitting retailers in May, the yogurts have a suggested retail price of $2.79 per pouch, available in Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry flavors.

High Peaks launched its line of plant-based sausage in Italian-Style, Sweet Apple, Wild Mushroom and Sunrise Trail Mix varieties. Containing 13 to 17 grams of protein per serving, the line is available at Harris Teeter.

Incogmeato, a plant-based meat brand from Kellogg’s-owned MorningStar Farms, has launched Burger Patties, Original Bratwursts and a vegan snackable line Veggitizers, which includes Veggie Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza Bites.

Boise, Idaho-based vegan brand Melt Organic is launching two plant-based cheese spreads made using chickpeas and red lentils in Mozzarella Garlic Herb and Jalapeno Queso flavors. The new products will be available in retail and foodservice this summer.

BetterBody Foods

BetterBody Foods

BetterBody Foods launched Plant Junkie, a new line of plant-based condiments. Salad dressing will include five varieties of ranch dressing made with avocado oil and two vinaigrettes made with canola oil. It also offers four avocado and canola oil-based spreads, available in Original and Chipotle Lime flavors. The line will launch online this month, while select products will roll out in stores including Harris Teeter, Hannaford and Giant Foods in the coming months.

Nate’s Meatless introduced new meatless Swedish Meatballs, containing 7 grams of protein and 6 grams of fat per serving. The new meatballs have a suggested retail price of $4.49 per 10.5 oz. package.

Sweet Earth will roll out a slew of new plant-based products. Its vegan Oven Roasted Turkey and Black Forest deli slices are cholesterol free and contain 15 to 17 g of protein per serving. For on-the-go consumers, the company will offer jerky in Sweet Korean BBQ, Zesty Pizza and Spicy Kung Pao flavors. Additionally, new pea protein-based sausages will come in Green Chile Chedd’r and Ginger-Scallion flavor while entree bowls, offered in Mongolian Beefless with Awesome Grounds and Kung Pao Chik’n, are made with 70% organic ingredients.

Chickpea and lentil pasta maker Tolerant is debuting Organic Riced Red Lentil Pilaf, a pre-seasoned legume-rice alternative. Available in Spanish-Style Paella, Asian Ginger, Wild Mushroom and Smoky Peruvian-Style flavors, the rice pilaf alternative is already now sold online and will launch exclusively at Whole Foods in May for $4.99 per 6 oz. package.

Having celebrated its 50th anniversary, Follow Your Heart will release eight new plant-based products: Smoky Bits (vegan bacon bits), Avocado Oil Vegenaise, four varieties of dairy-free cheese blocks, and two varieties of dairy-free crumbles and shreds. The Avocado Vegenaise will launch at Meijer and Sprouts this spring for a suggested retail price of $6.99 white the Dairy-Free Feta Crumbles will launch at Sprouts for $4.99.

Upton’s Naturals is launching three new plant-based products. The Updog is a vegan hot dog made from wheat-gluten seitan, seasoned with yellow mustard seed and onion powder and containing 19 grams of protein per serving. For a plant-based alternative to fish, Upton’s is launching Banana Blossom, made from flowers that grow at the end of banana clusters. Finally, Shredded Jackfruit will offer consumers a vegan pulled meat alternative.

Before the Butcher is rolling a line of Plant-Based Grounds, a cholesterol-free ground meat alternative, under its UNCUT brand. The new line is available in Original, Italian, Breakfast and Taco varieties.

North Carolina-based vegan snack brand Abby’s Better is launching nut butter-based raw Protein Bites in Apple Cinnamon Walnut and Vanilla Cashew flavors, which contains 9 grams of protein per pack.

Califia Farms is rolling out new plant-based butters made with coconut oil and sea salt, available in Avocado Oil and Olive Oil varieties
