Jessica Gebel is the founder of Fabalish, a company focused on changing the stigma around vegan food. The brand’s star ingredients are aquafaba and chickpeas. Fabalish has expanded from Tzatziki and sauces to falafel and blondies, finding innovative ways to make plant-forward products with clean and organic ingredients. Its target market is primarily moms that are looking for fast, easy and healthy options to share with their kids. The brand launched in January and is available in markets throughout New York City. Fabalish is open to working with a strategic partner that can assist in developing a marketing strategy to educate consumers about its products and ingredients.
