Sweet Treats Abound at Sweets and Snacks Expo

Sulpice Chocolates is moving beyond artisan chocolates with its newest line, Better Chocolate Bites. The peanut butter enhanced bites, available in dark and milk chocolate, are gluten-free, non-GMO, free of artificial flavors and contain ethnically sourced ingredients. Sulpice believes the bites, which feature 7 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber, can fill a need as more of a chocolate-enhanced snack food rather then a candy.
