Still Room for Dessert at Expo West

EatpopsEatPops launched after its founder was inspired by the popularity of juicing, and realized that by freezing the juices on a stick she could offer consumers the same dietary benefits with a longer shelf life. The company promotes its line as unique because other popsicles “range between very unhealthy and less unhealthy, but EatPops blends offer nutritional value and functional benefits.” The front of the product’s packaging also aligns with the industry shift towards more transparency as it has a complete (and short) list of every ingredient in the bar. At Expo West, the company launched its new banana peanut butter popsicle, the first variety that isn’t juice-forward and instead more reminiscent of a nut milk.
