Watson’s Seasoning Blends Adds Vegan Bouillon and Salt-Free Flavors
LOS ANGELES, Calif.— Watson’s Seasoning Blends, a plant-based spice blend brand, has announced three new flavors this winter (at the height of soup season). The new seasoning flavors are Vegan Beef Bouillon, Vegan Chicken Bouillon, and a salt-free version of their signature California Everything blend. All seasoning blends are entirely plant-based and organic.
Recently there have been a rash of articles showcasing the unhealthiness of store bought bouillon, many of which include ingredients such as palm oil, caramel color and something called Yellow 6. But, as with all Watson’s seasonings, Watson’s new bouillons are 100% free from the preservatives and “mystery” fillers found in most spice blends and feature ethically sourced, traceable ingredients which consumers can identify and pronounce.
“Food is love and love is food,” states Watson’s Co-founder, Lori Amos. “I want more people to enjoy and prioritize eating well and cooking from scratch. Start (and season) with fresh, quality ingredients and keep it simple with our pantry staples blends.”
The brand believes winter is the perfect time of year to launch the new flavors as bouillon is the perfect starter for so many hearty, comforting dishes as well as being a welcoming hot beverage when you’re feeling just a bit under the weather or need to warm up from a winter cold blast.
