Zia Hatch Chile Company, a supplier of authentic shelf stable Hatch Chile products to retailers and chefs nationwide, has expanded their distribution with a nationwide launch of 2 SKUs at Sprouts Farmers Market as a part of their recent March/April 2023 Hispanic reset.

The brand is launching two of its flagship SKUs at Sprouts Farmers Market; Zia Medium Roasted Hatch Green Chile and Zia Hot Roasted Hatch Green Chile. These two products are a highly versatile ingredient. They are Vegan, Gluten-Free, Non GMO Project Certified, OU Kosher, Whole30 Approved, and are free of any artificial preservatives. These two 16oz SKUs will be retailed at a $7.99 / jar.

Zia Hatch Chile Company founder Nate Cotanch, who comes from a family of 17 aunts and uncles in New Mexico says, “It’s pretty surreal to see Zia turn into more and more of a national grocery store staple year after year. I started this brand serving New Mexican food and roasting Hatch Chile at Brooklyn’s Smorgasburg market around 7 years ago and couldn’t have imagined it would grow so large in such a relatively short period of time. In such a challenging industry where most brands have raised millions or are just a product of private equity, I couldn’t be more proud of what a small team and I created from the ground up with just some food stand money to start and a story to tell.”
