Lotus Foods Launches New Microwaveable Cup
RICHMOND, Calif.– Lotus Foods, the leading heirloom and organic rice and rice ramen company, has made its popular Rice Ramen Noodle Soup Cups (launched in August 2018) even better with a newly designed microwaveable cup. The double-walled paper cup is designed for safe microwave use. Consumers can also still prepare by simply pouring in boiling water. Both methods offer consumers convenience for on-the-go meals and snacking. Ready in just three minutes, anyone, anytime can enjoy Lotus Foods’ modern twist on the traditional Asian cup of noodles with whole grain never-fried organic brown rice noodles and exciting flavors like Red Miso, Masala Curry and Tom Yum.
The new wider shape and shorter height of the Rice Ramen Noodle Soup Cups are sized for easier merchandising, whether in the ethnic or soup aisle. With on-trend ingredients such as turmeric, ginger and miso and the shortest ingredient list on the noodle cup shelf, Lotus Foods’ new microwaveable Rice Ramen Noodle Soup Cups offer more consumer value for the same SRP of $2.49, and will be available nationwide this summer.
Lotus Foods will debut the new microwaveable Ramen Soup Cups alongside its existing line of heirloom and organic rices, ramen and rice noodles at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California March 7-9 at booth #2116.
