Austin, Texas – Veggie Noodle Co., the Austin, Texas-based food brand twisting up the produce department, unveiled three new additions to their family of organic spiralized vegetables at the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California, including Zucchini Veggiccine, Butternut Veggiccine and Sweet Potato Hash. Veggie Noodle Co.’s motto is to keep things “simple but twisted,” and that’s exactly what the founder and his Veggie Noodle team will be doing as they twirl up samples of their newest fettucine-shaped pasta alternative and ready-to-eat hash, along with their original Zucchini, Sweet Potato, Butternut and Beet Spirals.
Recently named one of the biggest food trends of 2017 by Whole Foods Marketâ, the company debuted their line of healthy, ready-to-eat alternative to grain-based noodles – the first and only pre-packaged USDA organic spiralized vegetables – at Expo East last fall. From there, they proceeded to win “Best of Show” at the PMA Fresh Summit in October and further accelerated their rapid growth trajectory.
