Annie’s Launches New Line of Kid-Friendly Certified Organic Soups


BERKELEY, Calif., Sept. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Annie’s, Inc. announced a new line of Certified Organic Soups, including Star Pasta & Chicken, Tomato, Creamy Tomato & Bunny Pasta, Bunny Pasta & Chicken Broth and Creamy Carrot & Bunny Pasta.

The launch of Annie’s Certified Organic Soups represents the first large scale product collaboration with General Mills, which acquired Annie’s last year. Annie’s had interest in the soup category for years but by leveraging General Mills expertise in development and distribution, the product came to life in just nine short months. Made with Annie’s simple and clean ingredient promise, the line is the first of many more in the queue to launch in 2015 and beyond.
