Jerk Centre

Jerk Centre began in 2021 as a Jamaican food delivery business, where our homemade jerk sauce quickly became one of the things customers remembered and talked about most. After receiving such a strong response, we decided to take that flavour further and create a full bottled range. Our sauces are handmade in small batches in Lincolnshire using Scotch bonnet chillies, herbs and spices, with each one offering its own personality and heat level. Taste From the Ancestors is our mild option, Duppy Conqueror brings a medium kick, and Badman Sauce is our fireball-hot sauce for serious chilli lovers. We also make Yardie Drizzle, a honey, lemon and chilli dressing. We are proud to have received recognition at the National Chilli Awards, and we are focused on creating sauces that offer depth, balance and proper Jamaican character rather than heat for heat’s sake. Jerk Centre is bold, colourful and full of personality, but at the heart of it is simple: great flavour, handmade sauces and a genuine love of Jamaican food.
