New Products: Daily Harvest’s GF Pastas & Acid League’s Shortcut Sauces
In this week’s new products roundup, Magnolia Bakery teams up with Incredibles to create an “intoxicating” line of chocolate bars, Acid League gives consumers Shortcuts in the kitchen and MyMochi jumps on the pickle-flavored product trend.

Good Good
Good Good’s new LTO, Belgian Choco White Spread, is the latest addition to its better-for-you collection. The product is made with ingredients like maltitol, vegetable oil, skimmed milk powder, whey powder and cocoa powder and contains 3 grams of sugar per serving. Good Good’s Belgian Choco White Spread is available via the brand’s website for $9.99 per 12 oz. jar.

Magnolia Bakery x Incredibles
Magnolia Bakery has made its first foray into the cannabis world through its new collaboration with Incredibles. Together, the pair crafted a two-SKU line of cannabis-infused chocolate bars including Red Velvet Piece AHHH Cake and Swirled Famous Banana Pudding flavors. The products, based on Magnolia’s signature dishes, contain 10mg of THC per piece (100mg of THC per bar). Magnolia Bakery x Incredibles chocolate bars are now rolling out to dispensaries in Illinois, Massachusetts and Nevada.

Acid League
Fermented products producer Acid League has introduced its newest innovation, Shortcut Sauces. Available in three varieties – Triple Garlic, Umami Miso and Sweet ‘n Sour – the sauces are designed to help enhance creations like stir fry and chip dip “with enough time in your pocket to catch your friends, water your plants and watch HBO,” according to the brand’s Instagram post. Acid League’s Shortcut Sauces are now available at Whole Foods Market nationwide.

Daily Harvest
Subscription food service Daily Harvest has announced a new collection of gluten-free pasta dishes packed with saucy veggies. Available in three flavors – Zucchini + Gigante Bean Primavera, Tomato Basil + Portobello Bolognese and White Bean + Spinach Pesto – the meals feature noodles made from ancient grains and legumes, five or more vegetables per dish and 8 grams of protein or more per dish depending on the variety. All three varieties are now available on brand’s website for $9.79 each.

MyMochi
In anticipation of National Pickle Day on November 14, MyMochi has launched a new Classic Pickle mochi ice cream. The new treat features classic pickle ice cream wrapped in a sweet, soft dough and contains 80 calories per piece. Described by the brand as a “frozen, creamy twist on the ‘pickle ball,’” the new offering is available via the brand’s website for $12.99 per 6-count box.

HERDEZ
Salsa brand HERDEZ has expanded its lineup of hot sauces with the introduction of Habanero Hot Sauce. The new offering is crafted with pickled carrots, distilled vinegar and habanero pepper puree. HERDEZ Habanero Hot Sauce is available for purchase at retailers nationwide in 5 oz. (SRP $2.78-$3.39) and 12 oz. ($5.38-$6.49) bottles.

Chiwis
Orange chip maker Chiwis has unveiled its newest line extension, Chocolate-Drizzled Orange Chips, available in Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate varieties. The chips are crafted with palm oil-free chocolate and each serving contains 56% of the daily Vitamin C requirement. Chiwis’ Chocolate-Drizzled Orange Chips are available online in a Sampler Pack (two bags of each flavor) for $44.95.

Kate Farms
Plant-based nutrition and healthcare brand Kate Farms has introduced its first whole food blended meals in Banana & Blue and Squash & Carrot varieties. The Pediatric Blended Meals feature packaging that easily connects to common feeding tubes and are made with a proprietary blend of organic whole foods, 9 grams of pea protein and 27 vitamins and minerals. The products are intended for children ages one to thirteen and will hit the market in early 2024.
