Schedule: Primarily evenings and weekends (flexible based on events, tastings, and brand activations)

Pay Range: $21–$24/hr

Position Overview

The Field Brand Ambassador role is a frontline brand position designed to support Wilding Brands through off-site, in-market activations. This role plays a critical part in bringing our brands to life at events, tastings, sponsorship activations, festivals, retail promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Team members in this role represent Wilding Brands directly to consumers, trade partners, and key stakeholders, helping drive brand awareness, trial, and affinity through high-quality, on-brand execution.


Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Represent Wilding at consumer events, festivals, tastings, retail activations, and community gatherings including festivals, tastings, demos, sponsorships, and experiential events 
  • Engage consumers and retail or on-premise partners with brand storytelling, product education, and sampling (where permitted)
  • Create positive, memorable brand experiences that drive trial, loyalty, and sales 
  • Support local marketing initiatives and special projects as needed
  • Conduct product samplings and demonstrations while following all applicable guidelines and regulations
  • Execute set up and break down of event materials, displays, and activation areas
  • Maintain a professional, energetic, and approachable presence while representing the brand
  • Capture consumer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
  • Assist with event execution, including inventory, giveaways, promotional materials, and brand assets
  • Serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic brand representative in all public-facing interactions


Secondary Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-event briefings or training as required
  • Provide post-event feedback or recaps to share field intelligence, including consumer feedback, account insights, and competitive observations
  • Ensure proper use and care of brand assets, merchandise, and event materials
  • Maintain compliance with local laws, brand guidelines, and event-specific requirements

Scheduling, Approval & Payroll Guidelines

  • All promotional shifts must be approved by the employee’s direct manager at least one (1) week in advance prior to participation
  • Employees will be paid only for the hours worked during the approved promotional shift


Qualifications & Expectations

  • Comfortable engaging with new people and working in high-energy, outdoor environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while adhering to company brand guidelines
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays
  • Must be 21+ (for alcohol brands) and able to meet any required compliance standards
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lb minimum, carry, and stand for extended periods during events
