Using century-old Taiwanese recipes, these premium noodles are air-dried, not fried like others on the market, and made from just three simple ingredients: wheat, salt and water. Like all of A-Sha’s noodles, these new products never use preservatives, fillers or artificial flavors, just innovative textures, high-impact sauces and over 10 grams of plant-based protein per serving.
Spicy Mala Meteor Noodles (4-pack, $11.99) – Fiery, tingly and packed with umami, these noodles feature A-Sha’s patented Meteor cut, crafted with a dual-blade technique to create bold, 3D ridges that grip sauce on every strand. The result is a restaurant-style slurp that amplifies the spicy mala flavor in every bite.
