Ayeshah Abuelhiga continues to expand access to premium comfort foods while supporting diverse entrepreneurs and operators in the packaged food and beverage industry. Over the past decade, she has evolved her scratch-made biscuit business from a small food hall stall to a multimillion-dollar retail brand. Demand and distribution for Mason Dixie Foods’ frozen biscuits and breakfast products remain on the rise – reinforcing the standard for industry to return to real, simple foods, focusing on culinary basics.
As the co-founder of the non-profit organization Project Potluck she is helping people of color build successful careers and companies in consumer packaged goods. Additionally, she received the 2023 Entrepreneurial Women of Impact honor by the Women Presidents Organization in partnership with Women Elevating Women.
