ForceBrands Names New CEO Ganjon, Three Other Execs Appointed

CPG talent recruitment business ForceBrands unveiled a new slate of leadership of its own today, naming Rob Ganjon to succeed founder Josh Wand as CEO after 17 years in the role.
“Building ForceBrands from the ground up has been the honor of my professional life,” said Wand in a press release. “The relationships we’ve built, the careers we’ve shaped, and the brands we’ve helped scale represent a legacy I’m immensely proud of.”
“It’s time for a new chapter for ForceBrands—one led by a strategic vision that will elevate what we’ve built and guide the company toward even greater impact in the industry,” Wand continued. “Rob brings just that and he’s a natural fit for ForceBrands—he understands the power of people in driving brand success and brings a modern, strategic lens to talent strategy and organizational growth.”
Ganjon previously served as CEO of marketing and creative staffing company Cella from 2018 until 2023.
Wand will remain with the business as a board member.
In addition to Ganjon, ForceBrands announced three other new appointments, along with the launch of an Advisory Services division.
Curt Schwab, formerly president of Catalyte and described by the company as a “thought leader in AI,” will serve as Head of Advisory Services. Britni Prentice has been named as Chief Revenue Officer, coming– like Ganjon – from Cella where she oversaw sales teams. And Tara Burkley was named director of partnerships & community engagement, coming to ForceBrands from New Hope Network where she was strategic business development director.
“ForceBrands has earned its reputation as the premier talent partner for high-growth consumer brands,” Ganjon said in the release. “I’m honored to build upon this foundation and lead the company through its next growth phase. Our expanded capabilities in advisory services, staff augmentation, and enhanced executive search represent a natural evolution of our mission.”
