With the goal of helping consumers easily integrate more plant-based foods into their diets, Eat the Change is taking aim at some of America’s favorite snacks.
In this video, recorded at Natural Products Expo West 2022, co-founders Seth Goldman and Spike Mendelsohn discussed how the company’s latest release, carrot-based fruit snacks, offer parents a better-for-you alternative to the lunchbox staple. They also shared what Goldman learned from the launch of his previous kids-focused product, Honest Tea’s Honest Kids, and how he realized that founders “can’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good.”
