Vital Proteins collaborated with wellness influencer Jeannette Ogden (@shutthekaleup) on its new Crystallized Coffee + Collagen Peptides, a freeze-dried coffee mix containing 100 mg of caffeine and 10 grams of grass-fed collagen peptides. The cardamom-flavored coffee is sold in 7-count boxes of stick packs on the brand’s website.

The Toasted Oat

Ohio-based granola brand The Toasted Oat expanded into bars with its Soft Granola Crumble Bars, sold online and at Sprouts Farmers Market. The bars are offered in Blueberry Cobbler, Cherry Streusel and Macadamia Chunk flavors in 5-packs for $6.95.

The latest launch from plant-based dairy brand Silk is Kids Almondmilk Yogurt Alternative available in Mixed Berry, Apple Cinnamon and Strawberry flavors. The low sugar, lactose-free yogurt has hit shelves at select retailers in 4-packs of 4 oz. cups.

White Leaf Provisions

White Leaf Provisions

White Leaf Provisions rolled out two new Biodynamic Baby Food Blends: Pumpkin + Nectarine and Peach + Oat. The regeneratively farmed baby food is sold in 6-packs of pouches on the brand’s website.

DiNoci

DiNoci Natural Foods expanded its frozen dessert portfolio with three new varieties. Strawberry and Oatmeal Cookie are the brand’s first oat milk-based flavors, while it’s also added a new almond milk-based flavor, Peanut Butter Chocolate. All three pints are sold on the brand’s website.

Danone North America’s Two Good Yogurt introduced its Good Save product line in partnership with surplus product marketplace Full Harvest, using Verified Rescued Produce to reduce food waste. The first flavor in the line is Meyer Lemon, using 100% verified rescued Meyer lemons, will be sold at retailers nationwide such as Target in single cups and 4-packs.

Orlando, Florida-based brand Spice World introduced Global Flavors, a line of globally inspired cooking and seasoning blends available in five flavors: Sizzlin' Fire Roasted Fajita, Kickin' Chili Onion Crunch, Aloha! Habanero Pineapple Mango, Viva! Italian Herb & Garlic and Slammin' Moroccan Spice.

Plant crisp brand Snacklins introduced a brand refresh, multi-serve pack and new Teriyaki flavor, now available online and at Whole Foods in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. The new Teriyaki flavor replaces its Miso Ginger offering to establish a flavor lineup free of common allergens.

Rakka and Plant People joined forces on Mind Unwind Mushroom Hot Chocolate, blending medicinal mushrooms with Raaka’s unroasted dark chocolate. The organic, vegan and gluten-free hot chocolate mix will be available through the winter for $19 per 10-serving pouch.

Stacy’s Pita Chips founder Mark Andrus launched new brand Mark’s Mindful Munchies with its flagship product Pop Bitties. Pop Bitties are plant-based air-popped chips made with sorghum, brown rice, quinoa and chia, offered in four flavors: Pink Himalayan Salt, Maple & Sea Salt, Hickory BBQ and Vegan Sour Cream & Onion. They can be purchased in 4.5 oz. bags ($3.69) and 1 oz. bags ($1.49) online and at retailers nationwide.

Denver-based artisanal honey maker Bee K’onscious added two new raw honey varieties to its lineup: Brazilian Wild Mint and Brazilian Christmas Berry. Both flavors are sold in 11 oz. glass jars for $18 on the brand’s website.

Last month, True Citrus launched True Lemon Kids, a powdered drink mix for children. Sweetened with stevia, the mixes are naturally colored and flavored with only two grams of sugar and containing 25% of daily servings of Vitamins A, C and E. Offered in Pink Lemonade, Blue Raspberry and Fruit Punch flavors, the mixes are sold in 10-packs at Walmart.

Italian deli meat brand Columbus Craft Meats launched Mediterranean Charcuterie Tasting Board featuring chorizo, prosciutto, Taralli crackers, dried Turkish apricots, Fontina cheese and a French olive medley. The new offering is sold nationwide for $13.99.

GT's COCOYO

GT's COCOYO

Coconut yogurt brand GT’s COCOYO debuted refreshed labels across its four flavors, updating the packaging with pops of color intended to “stand out in a sea of white labels” according to founder and CEO GT Dave. The new look began rolling out in stores nationwide in December.

Huel

Meal replacement brand Huel added three new flavors to its powder line: Salted Caramel, Caffe Latte and Banana. The vegan, protein-enhanced mixes, which contain kombucha and acerola cherries, are now available on the brand’s website.

Plant Camp

Plant Camp

The first product from new plant-based brand Plant Camp is Veggie Mac ‘n Cheese, a healthy and kid-friendly take on macaroni and cheese offered in Classic Cheddar and White Cheddar flavors. The product is made with pea protein and carrots, with each serving containing 8 grams of protein per serving, available for pre-order on the brand’s website now.
