Adam Hamilton is the COO of Nuttin Ordinary, a company crafting cashew cheese with simple and clean ingredients. The proprietary process utilizes steel tanks to ferment and culture the ingredients with a blend of probiotics, while steering clear of oils, gums and added sugar. Beginning as a bootstrap startup, the company has raised a seed round from local investors and grown from a 750 sq ft facility into an 8,000 sq ft facility in 2018. The products are available throughout the Northeast in retailers like Whole Foods, Wegman’s and Market Basket. Nuttin Ordinary is open to working with a strategic partner that can help take the brand national and focus on gaining shelf space, driving down costs and increasing production capacity.
