Bachan’s Debuts Miso Japanese Barbecue Sauce at Expo West

The new Bachan’s Miso Japanese Barbecue Sauce features a blend of red and white miso, to give the perfect balance of mellow umami savoriness with just the right amount of bold flavor.  Miso is a quintessential Japanese ingredient that has been used for millennia, and the new Bachan’s sauce pays homage to this tradition with a modern twist.  Bachan’s new Miso Japanese Barbecue Sauce is ideal to use with lighter flavors like fish and veggies, but like the rest of Bachan’s sauces – is also incredibly versatile and delicious on chicken, pork, steak, and more.
