The Pathfinder, the leading nonalcoholic spirit brand in the United States, is on an exciting growth trajectory, expanding across over 40 markets nationwide.
We are seeking a highly organized and Creative Sales Marketing and Operations Project Coordinator to help our EVP and Operations Director with ongoing projects and plans.
What you’ll do:
Operations:
· Inventory Management:
· Help create a dashboard to assist with managing and checking inventory at the distributor level
· Follow up on VIP support (sales/inventory portal)
· Manage inventory at Ship Dudes (3PL company)
· Help manage merchandise sourcing and ordering
· Build and maintain detailed project timelines, production schedules, and delivery milestones across teams and channels
· Proactively flag risks, dependencies and resourcing gaps before they become issues
Community Management:
· Answer emails from the hello@drinkthepathfinder.com address, and offer support through any issues (returns, complaints, reviews, etc.)
o There will be training on this
Sales + Marketing
· Input all direct sales wholesale portals and systems – ensure proper checks through the sales team, and maintain a directory of accounts that will stay “direct” vs those that will go through distribution
· Handle all samples – ensuring all invoices are correctly sent to accounting
· Contact distributors when needed
· Serve as the centralized point of intake for all creative and marketing requests from internal teams including sales, operations and leadership.
· Partner with sales to manage creative requests for on and off premise needs such as event assets, retail executions, POS materials, menus, sell-in tools and field marketing support
· Work with creative agencies and leadership team to assess timeliness, needs, and asset requests.
· Translate cross-functional business into clear actionable creative briefs for creative team with defined timelines, scope and priorities
· Ensure all cross-functional requests are appropriately prioritized against marketing and brand initiatives to protect quality and create team capacity
Project Coordination
· Design, build, and evolve scalable workflows for creative, marketing and sales operations – this role will help establish the process, not just follow it.
· Create visibility and accountability for National Accounts mandates
· Work on RFPs for National Accounts; NIFs, RFPs, etc
o Help build process for tracking
· Own project management tool – Asana – as well as maintaining Google Suite
· Balance competing priorities across ongoing initiatives
· Track bandwith and help ensure teams are focused
· Support EVP with any and all upcoming projects and “fire drills.”
Key Needs
· Be a liason between our creative brand agency and the EVP of Sales and Marketing
o This is an ongoing day to day relationship, that will require creativity, organization, and thoughtfulness – amongst all stakeholders in the company
· Be a liason for our digital agency and our creative agency and our leadership team, building any necessary processes to help move forward
o Help with small website and shopify tasks
· Help update and organize affiliate marketing links; identify appropriate company, work with PR to ensure we are using the best tools for writers and publishers
· Work with operations and EVP for new ad platforms: Instacart, Amazon, Whole Foods, etc.
Qualifications:
· Highly organized is key
· Proficient in all google suite, excel, word
· Some working knowledge of shopify is preferred
· Working knowledge of canva is preferred – this is a creative job
· This individual should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with many pivots, managers, and love of start-up culture.
